Since quarantine time, it can be extremely difficult to separate work and life as working remotely. After all, we don’t have commute to separate work time and personal time. Especially, for couples, families with kids, how to resolve our emotions boundaries for both work and family. I draw this showing that this disruption and uncertainty to lead to anxiety and stress, but have to process in our brain neurons.
